Dr. Lauren Stethem, D.C.

Dr. Lauren Stethem graduated with clinic honors from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She also obtained her bachelor of arts in Psychology from the University of Winnipeg. She is a member of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario and the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and has additional training
in prenatal, post natal and pediatric care and is certified in the Webster technique.
She established a family and wellness practice in Midtown Toronto in 2015. She is an expert in spinal health, ergonomics, postural rehabilitation, orthotics
and gait analysis. Due her time in practice, she has gained experience working with many different groups of people including: expectant mothers, children, seniors, recreational and competitive athletes and member of the Canadian Forces community.
Her focus is to not only to relieve patients pain, but through a gentle, natural and effective combination of spinal manipulation therapy, mobilizations, exercise prescription and many more - the goal is to establish healthy movement patterns to decrease the stress on the body and nervous system. As a result, decreasing the risk of injury and establishing optimal and long term health tailored to the patients individual needs.
She is herself a fitness enthusiast, enjoys running, cycling, yoga and weight training. Meditation is also an important part of her daily life - loves traveling and spent two years over seas practicing yoga and teaching English.
